May activities in Croatia

In May we had fun outside since the weather has mostly been hot and sunny. On May 29th we went outside to take photos of the nature around us.

We saw flowers (buttercups),

pine cones,

mushrooms and acorns,

trees,

and off in the forest we found:

beautiful clovers and a bumblebee,

various  grass and flowers,

 

 a butterfly,

a bee,

so we searched for more interesting plants and animals in the forrest. 

 There was a cherry tree with lots of fresh cherries.

Our adventure continued in the school garden, but the rain soon rushed us inside the classroom.

School Day

On 25th May we celebrated the School Day and had performances, award ceremony and the exhibition of all that we do in school. Along with that, we presented our project The View from Our Window as well as other eTwinning projects. We are very happy to say that the visitors liked the exhibition and that our school presented its work well. Preparing for School Day

During this month we are preparing for School Day tomorrow. We are going to display the exhibition of our eTwinning projects and all the things we did during the school year. Before that, we are going to have a school performance with awards for the best students and their accomplishments. While we were preparing for the exhibition, we made paper beads for bracelets and necklaces. This is how you make it. It is in Croatian, but you will see the procedure.
