Some of the trees have brown leaves while others are bare.

FAMILY ACTIVITIES:
Decorating our houses and Christmas tree, cooking special dishes for Christmas. Everybody is hardworking and wait for Santa Claus!
HOLIDAYS:
On the 1st December is our National Day
On the 6th December we celebrate St Nicholas. Children receive small presents and sweets in their boots. Who was naughty could receive a small stick instead of present
On the 24th and 25th of December we celebrate Christmas
Winter holiday is from 23rd of December until 16th of January
ASSOCIATIONS TO TODAY'S WEATHER:
waiting to snow, prepare for Christmas, singing carols, making Christmas decorations.

We had similar January in Croatia, too. Luckily, the winter holidays were quite long, so we started school on 16th January. That's why our report was a bit late. :)
