October report from Poland

we only saw one dandelion

there's a contest at our school for the biggest pumpkin. Last year the winner weighed 20 kilos

THE SKY:
clear/blue and sunny

TEMRERATURE:
10˚C/50˚F

WIND:
light, SW 2m/s
The leaves of the trees moved slightly.

ANIMALS
We saw magpies, ants and flies

PLANTS
The grass is brownish . Tree leaves changed their colour and they are beginning to fall.


CLOTHES
Autumn clothes- long sleeve blauses, tights, sweaters and even some of us are wearing winter jackets!

GAMES:
Football, running, cycling.

FAMILY ACTIVITIES:
raking fallen leaves

ASSOCIATIONS to todays' weather:
cold, orange, pumpkin, cycling

We also have a pumpkin contest but for Halloween so we´ll post the picture next month.
About football we are divided, some like Real Madrid and others Barcelona but many of us also like Sporting de Gijón because it is the only team from our region in the Spanish Premier League.

Ok, so we'll see where are bigger pumpkins in Poland or in Spain!
